What is a pre-order and a pre-made?

Pre-orders allow our customers to secure the product they want in their preferred size and color. This ensures availability and helps prevent quick sell-outs. Pre-orders also help us manage inventory more efficiently, reducing waste and saving time and money. Please note: Pre-orders take a bit longer to ship, as the items are made to order.
Pre-made products, on the other hand, are already crafted and ready to ship directly from our shop. However, these items are limited in quantity and may sell out quickly.

When will my order be shipped?

Pre-orders ship in 3 weeks, as they’re made to order.

Pre-made/In-stock items ship in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Can I return my item?

Due to the difficulty of returns after item is bought, we don't accept returns or exchanges since ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. However if you are unsatisfied with your item please contact our support etherealwearcontact@gmail.com and we will make it right.

What if I picked the wrong color?

If the wrong color was chosen and the order still hasn't shipped. We would gladly switch the color if the size in that color is not yet sold out.

What If I ordered a pre-made product and a pre-order product at the same time? When will it be shipped?

If you ordered a pre-made product and a pre-order product at the same time, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order product finishes production & arrives at our shop.
