How do I access the store?
Our store is password-protected before each release. Once the countdown ends and the collection goes live, the password will be removed and the store will be open to everyone.
For the best chance of securing your favorite items, we recommend joining our SMS list for early access and following us on Instagram for drop updates and announcements!

What is a pre-order or pre-made?
Pre-order items allow our customers to secure the product they want in their preferred size and color! This helps guarantee availability and prevents missing out on an item that may otherwise sell out. Please note that pre-order items take a little longer to produce, as each piece is made to order.
Pre-made products, on the other hand, are already produced and ready to ship directly from our shop. However, quantities are limited and they may sell out quickly!
How do I take care of my garment ?
Every Ethereal piece is wearable art! Wash inside out on a cool/cold setting and air dry to honor the craftsmanship.

We wanted to give everyone a quick and transparent update regarding our current bulk orders that have been in production.
- PRODUCTION UPDATE
All blanks have officially completed the entire production process and are now in the final shipping stage to us. We’re happy to say that production is fully completed on our end.
- SHIPPING UPDATE
Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected delay with UPS, and two boxes are currently stuck in transit and customs. We’re actively working with our manufacturer and UPS to get everything moving as quickly as possible.
The current estimated UPS shipping date for our batches is September 9th. Once shipped, we’re expecting the batches to take approximately 5–7 days to arrive to us.
- SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS
Once all bulk batches arrive, our team will begin processing, packing, and shipping out all remaining orders. Our current goal is to begin shipping all tees starting September 16th.

We know many of you have been waiting patiently, and we truly appreciate your understanding throughout this process.
As a thank-you for your patience, all pre-orders will receive a discount card on their order for the inconvenience and extended wait time.
